Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Classic Design Jewellery website (the "Site"). By accessing and using this Site, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all orders placed and transactions made through this Site.

2. Products and Availability

All products listed on this Site are handmade and available for sale within the United Kingdom only. Due to the nature of handmade jewellery, there may be slight variations between the images shown on the Site and the final product. We make every effort to display the products as accurately as possible.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product without notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email summarising your order details. This email does not guarantee that the order has been accepted; it is a confirmation that we have received your order request. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we are unable to fulfill the order for any reason. In the event of a cancelled order, a full refund will be provided.
Payment must be made in full before we process your order. Payments can be made securely using the payment methods provided on the Site.

4. Pricing and VAT

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of prices displayed on the Site. However, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders made at an incorrect price.

5. Delivery

We only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. We offer free delivery on all orders. All delivery times provided are estimates, and while we strive to meet these timescales, delays can occasionally occur. We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party couriers.
If the delivery address provided is incorrect, we are not responsible for failed deliveries, and additional charges may apply for redelivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or receive a faulty or incorrect item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or replacement, provided it is in its original, unused condition and you provide proof of purchase. Personalised items and earrings are excluded from this policy unless they are faulty.
An extra cost may apply if a longer length than stated is required, to be decided at the time of ordering.

To request a return, please contact us via the contact details provided on the Site. Return postage will be at the buyer's expense unless the item is faulty or damaged.

7. Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order starting from the moment it is placed, and the cancellation period ends 14 days from the day you receive your purchase.

8. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information we collect about you when you place an order is used solely to process your order and communicate with you regarding your purchase. This information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or necessary to fulfil your order (e.g., delivery providers).
Our use of your data complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

Classic Design Jewellery is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the products or Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of any purchase will not exceed the price paid for the product in question.

11. Compliance with Laws

By using this Site, you agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations governing online shopping and consumer rights.
